Median CEO compensation among S&P 500 companies reached a record $17.5 mn in fiscal 2025, up from previous years, new research shows.
Meanwhile, median pay across the Russell 3000 excluding the S&P 500 remained broadly stable at approximately $5.5 mn, according to ISS-Corporate’s 2026 US Compensation Post-Season Review report.
